For reservations of one or more people, the following cancellation policy applies:

If you cancel, reduce the number of people, or change the date of your reservation, the following fees will be charged.

[For groups of 10 or more] Your seat will be available for 2 hours from the time of your reservation.

*If you wish to make changes within 7 business days of your reservation, please call the store directly.

*Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in business days.

・7 business days before: 30% of the course fee

・3 business days before: 70% of the course fee

・After 15:00 one business day before: 100% of the course fee

You can add more courses up to 3 business days in advance, so please call us.

・After 3 PM the day before: 100% of the fee (cancelled meals can be served on the day upon consultation)
